Brief

A client commissions a product photoshoot that is both creative and visually captivating. The goal: to speak through visuals alone — where words become secondary to aesthetic impact.

Solution

To emphasize the shine and moisture of the lip oil, I created a disco-inspired lighting effect by directing light through a patterned candle holder. This cast dynamic reflections that enhanced the product’s luxurious glow.

A soft pink fill light — created using the Color Screen app on my iPhone — was aimed at the product to accentuate highlights on both the lid and the oil itself, adding dimension and appeal.

Solution

This project highlights tree hugging as a simple yet powerful act for mental well-being. Often seen as strange, it's actually a calming, research-supported practice.

By presenting it in a creative and approachable way, the work invites viewers to reconsider how small, natural actions can positively impact mental health.
